Gave information on himself for the 2-year plan. Discussed what he planned to write about for the company history and the purpose of the company.  Made a template of background for 2-year plan. Reviewed results from past decision. Reviewed others background since he was in charge of each team member’s background.
Maksim Rozkov
Provided input on how he was to start the 2 year plan on the sales forecast and his ideas of how he wanted to show his information. Helped explain the decisions for the first 8 quarter for those who had questions. Gave information on himself for the 2-year plan. Gave input on other team member’s work. Reviewed results from past decisions of the game and gave his opinion on the next decision.

Discussed results from past decisions of the game so the entire team can understand what is going on so they can do better on their part for the 2-year plan. Did the financial statements for the 2-year plan. Gave input on the other team member’s part in the 2-year plan. Gave his opinion on what should be done for the next decision.


·         Conclusion, results, future plans, or comments about the meeting:
We met up on a Saturday so Jocelyn brought a pie from her job( Marie Callender’s) to make the meeting sweeter. We got to know more about one another since we all gave information on ourselves for the biography part on the 2-year plan. Maks and Narek gave a presentation to the rest of the team on the first 8 quarters so we could all fully understand what we needed exactly for the 2-year plan. We all helped one another by giving advice on what we thought about each other’s work of what was completed so far. We discussed what we plan on doing for the next decision and talked about what strategy we plan on sticking to for the future which is staying in first place by not increasing our price much. It has helped using the forecasting tool. We were able to get most of our 2-year plan done but there were a few things that needed to be changed based on our meeting with professor Bo Li. Some of them include changing our Table on Contents and our numbering of each section. Write more information under the Purpose. Add more information of what each member does in the team and add what our role is in the company. Change the preliminary and weighting factors from the total of the weight from 5 to 20. For the forecasting put the regression before the company status. For the financial statements just include the last quarter for each year not all 4 quartes and manually make the charts, not screenshot it. We plan on having the official 2-year plan by Tuesday so that way we can visit professor Bo Li so we can have more feedback before we submit the official 2-year plan. The results for the latest decision is in first and we are very content about that.
